Happy to announce, in coordination with D.E.A.N. (Durham Elder Abuse Network), that Secret Santa for Seniors is back!
We wouldn’t be here without the UNBELIEVABLE support of so many incredibly generous families!
Last year, we were able to provide hundreds of gifts to our local Seniors! We hope to do the same this year!
This is an anonymous program (hence the Secret Santa), where the NEEDIEST of Seniors are identified by various local Agencies (co-ordinated by representatives of D.E.A.N), to receive items that they are in need of....the things we take for granted (blankets, pillows, pajamas, toothpaste etc).
Many of these Seniors don't even have families that see them over the holidays, so to receive a gift just lights up their day 
If you are interested in participating, we will provide a list of items your Senior requested (we generally suggest keeping the gifts around the $40-$50 mark…Giant Tiger and Walmart has always been a good spot to achieve this price point).
**We ask that the gifts be dropped off at our office in Ajax (300 Clements Rd W) prior to December 6th.
