I had a client's family member, that is very well informed, call me stating that he found a 2 bedroom condo for $1300/month fully furnished, the landlord was mentioning it on Facebook in a student chat group and were stating that the process would take place through Air BnB to make it easier. They were in the Armed Forces and were just sent to the East Coast and therefore needed to rent it out to a nice person. No unit # was given, name given was very common. Average rental in that condo for a 2 bedroom was $2900 plus. Makes you wonder......Be Careful! Especially with rentals, try to protect yourself.
