Sales coming together just days after New Year’s and lots of calls from people thinking that this might be the year to make a move. Buyers are realizing that the prices are amazing and rates are starting to come down. Sellers are all coming on the market driven by the lower rates which are pushing market prices upward. I have been seeing lots of opportunities for Buyers, Sellers, and Investors.
