Hi Friends and fellow Realtors

I have a 4 bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom, End Unit town house with condo fees, with a backyard and a finished basement. Gas heating. We were listed at $589,900. A smaller townhouse just sold in December for $626,000. This home needs some work, but not much.  The issue we are having is with the tenant. He is not cooperating. If you are willing to deal with the tenant yourself, the owner is willing to give an even better deal.
