For Rent...
Everyday I speak to people who find themselves in despair, that have minor credit issues, no credit, part time jobs, unemployed, self employed, new to the province, young people and many others that don’t look prefect on paper, not able to find housing. Many landlords would like to take on these tenants, but don’t feel our system will support them if something goes wrong. More assistance for Landlords means more Homes for Everyone. Everyone has to keep in mind that any concerns are costing the landlord Money, and Inconvenience to the Tenant. When the risk to Investors is lower, the Result will be More Housing and Better Rents.
I decided to comment since Landlords and Tenants in Ontario are back in the news.
