Planning for a wedding is a daunting task; purchasing a house in the midst of wedding planning magnifies and complicates everything.

As an engaged couple, Jim and I had no idea what we were looking for in a house - nevermind knowing the process of purchasing a home! Fortunately, Jim came across a house newly listed and began to make contact with Cristian. From first contact to even after Jim and I have moved in, Cristian has been reliable, understanding, fair, and dependable.

Jim and I were not represented by an agent, and we were purchasing the house without any formal help. Although Cristian was the sellers' agent, he came alongside of us and very professionally laid out the options and which options seemed to fit us best. He was completely honest with us, yet he still managed to maintain loyalty to his original clients. His integrity and honesty really blew us away.

Fortunately, Jim and I were able to make an offer on the house and have since moved in. Even after we have moved in, any questions we have in regards to the house, Cristian has amply answered.

His professionalism, charisma, loyalty, and honesty is so much so that our parents, who had the opportunity to meet Cristian briefly, immediately asked Crisitian for his card so that he may represent them in the event that they need an agent.

We could continue to write on Cristian's service, but if you call him up and meet with him, his service and professionalism say so much more! We know that when the time comes again for us to move, we will be calling on Cristian to be our agent. In the meanwhile, we'll be referring him to friends!

We are writing to recount our wonderful experience with Cristian Vergara.

Cristian was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He provided great assistance in readying our home for sale and, following his advice to the letter, we believe very strongly that this enabled our home to sell quickly and for a great price. Cristian implemented an aggressive marketing campaign that gave our home maximum exposure to potential buyers; including tasteful full-colour information packages that highlighted the features of our home.

He also acted as our agent during our search for our new home. Armed with list of needs and wants regarding the home we were searching for, Cristian was able to find us our dream shortly thereafter.

Given that our sale and purchase took place during the holiday season, notoriously one of the slowest seasons in the Real Estate calendar, we truly feel that Cristian’s inherent knowledge of the Real Estate market, combined with his business savvy was instrumental in our swift and profitable sale of our former home and purchase of our new home.

Throughout the entire experience Cristian was unfailingly kind, generous, and a gentleman to the core. He made us feel as if we were his only clients and all of his dealings with us never lost that personal touch. We never felt as though he were rushed or overwhelmed; in fact, we felt he devoted much of his time to us to ensure that both the sale and purchase went smoothly.

We have consistently referred Cristian to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future. We cannot express our appreciation enough to Cristian and will always be grateful to him.

We also just wanted to submit our experience with Cristian Vergara.

We have had may agent over the years( at least six), but it is safe to say we have found the right one for a long term commitment.

After trying hard to find the right agent to help us find the right property to open a Medical Practice, we found Cristian.

Cristian had the right people and resources needed to purchase our commercial property. Cristian also SOLD our Residential property in two weeks at almost asking price.

I have never worked with an agent that made the difficult process of selling and buying property easy.
If you are looking for a excellent agent in all areas then hire Cristian Vergara to do the job. He trully is the amigo in real estate.
